Flogal Apps is an internal operations platform used by employees, contractors, and drivers of organizations that have authorized its use. Accounts are created by an organization's administrator.
To request deletion of your account: email privacy@flogalhq.com from the email address on your account. Include your name and the organization you worked with. We will verify your identity before acting.
What happens: After verification, we close your account, end your access, and delete or de-identify your account and profile information — login records, contact details, and preferences — that we are not required or permitted to keep. We aim to complete this within 30 days.
What is kept: Business records created during your work — delivery tickets, load and tonnage records, pay and payroll-supporting records, inspection and maintenance entries, safety and telematics records, and audit and security logs — are your organization's business records and are retained as law and business need require. They may continue to reference you. Federal transportation, tax, and employment rules set minimum retention periods for many of these.
Employment: Closing your account does not by itself end or change your employment or contractual relationship. Contact your organization for employment matters.
