This policy describes how Flogal Holdings LLC, Flogal Leasing LLC, and Flogal Properties LLC handle personal information in connection with flogalhq.com (including www.flogalhq.com), sales.flogalhq.com, carriers.flogalhq.com, properties.flogalhq.com, admin.flogalhq.com, and apps.flogalhq.com, related business communications, and our internal operations platform.
Each company is a separate legal entity. "We" and "us" mean the company handling your information in the relevant context. Flogal Holdings LLC operates the websites and the platform; where it administers records on behalf of another organization, it handles those records for that organization. Contact us with questions about which company holds your information.
Website visitors and business contacts. Information you provide through a contact, quote, or inquiry form: name, company, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We also receive technical information your browser sends, including IP address, browser information, and pages visited. Business records may include shipment and delivery details, equipment and property inquiries, invoices, payment-related information, and correspondence. Text-message records include phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and consent and opt-out records.
We use this to respond to requests, administer business relationships and transactions, communicate about requested services, maintain records, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations.
Personnel and platform users. Depending on your role, we collect account and login information; contact details; uploaded delivery tickets, receipts, and photographs; load, dispatch, work, maintenance, and service records; and pay records associated with work performed. Employment and payroll records are also maintained in our accounting and human-resources systems and are handled in accordance with applicable law.
We use these records to administer accounts, work assignments, pay, dispatch, maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Where a role requires screening, licensing, medical certification, or testing records, those are collected and disclosed only under the separate authorizations that the applicable rules require. This policy does not authorize a background check, a motor vehicle record request, or the release of protected testing records.
Vehicle telematics. Devices installed in company-owned vehicles collect location, mileage, fuel, and engine information for dispatch, safety, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and billing. Collection can occur outside scheduled working hours. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Our websites and platform are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing purposes.
Subject to applicable restrictions, we disclose information as needed:
Protected records. Where records are subject to specific legal protection — including DOT drug and alcohol testing information and employment consumer reports — they are disclosed only as those rules specifically authorize or require. General acceptance of this policy does not authorize an otherwise restricted disclosure.
SMS information. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share it to enable another party to market to you. SMS opt-in and consent records are disclosed to the service providers that deliver our messages and maintain our consent records, only for those services and related compliance, and as required by law.
Our customer-care text program is operated by Flogal Holdings LLC, using the name Flogal, with Microsoft Teams as the messaging service. Its texting number is +1 (212) 210-7960. We obtain consent before sending texts. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out by replying STOP or by telling us in any other reasonable way, including by contacting us below. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond as applicable law requires and may verify your identity. Legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion, and we will say so if that applies. Deleting a platform account is not the same as deleting records we are legally required to retain.
We retain information for the purposes described here, for applicable legal recordkeeping requirements, and for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims. Retention varies by record type. We retain consent and opt-out records to document messaging permissions.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy and will identify the effective date above. Where applicable law requires, we will give additional notice and obtain consent before a new practice takes effect.
