Flogal Holdings LLC and its affiliated companies ("Flogal") send text messages to customers, prospective customers, vendors, and business contacts about inquiries, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, loads, deliveries, equipment, properties, invoices, and other ongoing business communications.
This is a conversational and customer-care messaging program. It is not a marketing or promotional program, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Our messages are sent from (212) 210-7960. Messages from any other number are not part of this program.
We obtain your consent before sending any text message, in one of two ways. Text-message consent is optional. It is not required to submit an inquiry, to receive a quote, or to do business with us.
Verbally, during a phone call or in person. A Flogal representative asks:
"May we text you at the number you provided regarding your inquiry or ongoing business conversation? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out."
You must affirmatively agree before any text is sent.
Through a form, where you check the optional text-message box next to your phone number. The box is never pre-checked. Leaving it unchecked has no effect on your inquiry.
We record the date and time of consent, the number, the method, and the representative or form involved.

Message and data rates may apply. Flogal does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (972) 476-1988 or privacy@flogalhq.com.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any message will stop messages to that number. You may also withdraw consent by telling any Flogal representative by phone or in person, or by emailing privacy@flogalhq.com. You do not have to use any particular word or method.
We will honor your request within a reasonable time, not to exceed 10 business days. You will receive one confirmation message. After that, Flogal and its affiliated companies will not send further text messages to that number unless you give consent again.
Opting out of text messages does not end your business relationship with us. We will contact you by phone or email instead.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or consent information, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and consent records are processed by our telecommunications and messaging providers only as needed to deliver messages and maintain records.
