Flogal Holdings LLC, using the name Flogal, operates a customer-care text messaging program through Microsoft Teams at +1 (212) 210-7960. Messages are individual conversations with our representatives about your inquiry or ongoing business — a requested quote, scheduling, dispatch, deliveries, equipment, property matters, or invoices.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. This program does not send bulk messages or automated alerts.
You may opt in by affirmatively agreeing when a Flogal representative asks for permission by phone or in person, or by selecting the optional SMS box on a website form. We identify the sender and purpose and keep a record of consent. Text consent is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or to purchase services.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry or business activity. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge a separate fee for these messages.
Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. You may also say it in your own words, tell any Flogal representative, or contact us below — you do not have to use a particular method, wording, or channel.
Our representatives message you individually and may contact you from more than one number. A request to stop applies to our customer-care messages, whoever you tell. We honor requests promptly and in no event later than 10 business days. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation.
Messages resume only if you give new consent.
Opting out of texts does not end your business relationship with us.
